Canadian Small Cap Resource Fund 2005 No.1 Limited Partnership is pleased to announce the final closing of the offering of the fund on October 25th, 2005. The total sales amounted to 476,588 units at a price of $10.00 per unit, raising gross proceeds of $4,765,880.

CSCRF Initial Closing of 2005 Flow Through Limited Partnership
The Partnership is pleased to announce that, on Friday September 23 2005, it completed an initial closing of its public offering. The Partnership sold 431,188 Units for gross proceeds of $4.31 million. Final closing for the 2005 offering is expected on or about October 25, 2005.
