Mr. Peterson is also President of Peterson Capital, a division of Grignan Holdings Ltd. a private company that offers corporate finance advisory as well as corporate communications and investor relations services to companies in the Canadian venture capital markets. He was VP of Marketing for CSCRF 2006 No. 1, CSCRF 2006 No. 2 and CSCRF 2007 No. 1, and is currently VP Marketing & Corporate Development for NovaDX. Prior to forming Peterson Capital in 2006, Mr. Peterson was a retail investment advisor, institutional salesman, corporate finance professional and national sales director with leading Canadian investment firms including Merrill Lynch Canada, Yorkton Securities and HSBC Securities (Canada) Inc. He earned a B. A. from the University of Alberta in 1975 and was an Honors graduate in economics and political science from the Institut d.Etudes Politiques de Paris, France in 1985.

Mr. Wilkinson is the President, Chief Executive Officer and a director of Canadian Small Cap Resource Fund 2007 No. 1 Management Ltd., Canadian Small Cap Resource Fund 2006 No. 2 Management Ltd., Canadian Small Cap Resource Fund 2006 No. 1 Management Ltd. Mr. Wilkinson is currently the President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of ValGold Resources Ltd., a junior mining issuer listed on the TSX Venture Exchange. He is Chairman and a Director of NovaDX and HMZ Metals Inc, a TSX listed mining and smelting company, and is a Director of Pacific Stratus Energy Limited, a TSX listed oil and gas producer. Mr. Wilkinson was also formerly President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Canadian Small Cap Resource Fund 2005 Management Ltd., Canadian Small Cap Resource Fund 2004 No. 1 Management Ltd., Contrarian Resource Fund 2003 Management Limited, Contrarian Resource Fund 2002 Management Limited and Contrarian Resource Fund 2000 Management Limited, each of which has now been dissolved. Mr. Wilkinson was President and Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Northern Orion Explorations Ltd. from 1999 to 2002, and from 1996 to 1999 he was the Vancouver-based mining analyst for RBC Dominion Securities Inc. responsible for small capitalization and gold and base metal companies. Mr. Wilkinson holds an MBA from Clarkson University, Potsdam New York, an M.Sc. (Geology) from Carleton University and B.Sc. (Geology) from the University of Western Ontario.

Mr. Milligan is a director of Canadian Small Cap Resource Fund 2007 No. 1 Management Ltd., Canadian Small Cap Resource Fund 2006 No. 2 Management Ltd. and Canadian Small Cap Resource Fund 2006 No. 1 Management Ltd., president of Glencoe Management Limited and a director of several other public companies. Mr. Milligan has been engaged in the management of companies involved in gold mining and exploration for the past 30 years. He is a former President of TRV Minerals Corporation, Glamis Gold Ltd. and Cornucopia Resources Ltd. Mr. Milligan has held senior executive positions in Canada and the United Kingdom with British Aerospace, Rolls Royce and Iona Industries Inc. He is currently a director of ValGold Resources Ltd., Golden Reign Resources Ltd., Oremex Resources Inc. and Lincoln Gold Corp.

Mr. Meixner is a director of Q-Gold Resources Ltd. Mr. Meixner is a consulting geologist in minerals exploration providing services to mining companies that include ValGold Resources Ltd., Sultan Minerals Inc. and Cream Minerals Ltd. Mr. Meixner has been engaged in mining exploration for precious and base metals for the past 35 years. His experience ranges from early stage projects to advanced drilling projects in western Canada and the United States. Foreign projects included government-sponsored regional mapping and metallogenic studies in eastern Iran, directing a Canadian International Development Agency ground-truth drilling project to elucidate the prospectivity of the western Kalahari region of Botswana, a silver-gold tailings project in Bolivia and a variety of primary gold projects in Guyana, Venezuela, Peru and Argentina. In addition, Mr. Meixner is a director of Canadian Small Cap Resource Fund 2007 No. 1 Management Ltd. Mr. Meixner holds a BSs. Degree in
Geology from the University of British Columbia.

Mr. Cameron is currently CFO and board member of various entities, including the CSCR Family of Funds, Clearly Lasik Inc., Sonitrol of BC, Breyer Casting Technologies Inc., TheSubstream.com Inc., CFO Capital Management Inc.; and multiple family investment companies. Prior to this Mr. Cameron has been the CFO for RBC Global Private Banking, a Managing, Client and Tax Partner with KPMG LLP, and founder of a number of successful business and investment ventures.

Mr. Meyers has 20 years of experience in the investment industry and is currently a Vice President and Portfolio Manager at Bolder Investment Partners which he joined in 2001. Mr. Meyers received a B.A. (Econ) with 1st Class Honours from the University of British Columbia in 1986, his CFA designation 1994, and became a Portfolio Manager 1997.
